Yes that would be a good assumption but I can’t put a diffident answer to it. And yes the raptor would win with its max speed of 1500 mph (Mach 1.9). Although getting up to Rainbow dashes skill level would get you to about 3800 mph (Mach 5)

Can’t do that in an F-22 but there are indeed a handful of aircraft in the US arsenal that could easily beat that speed.
