This mountain (Mount Apo, 2954 meters high) has around 3 days (5 at max) to climb and back down depends on how fast everybody walks and climb. I am 168 cm tall, 150 lbs, and moderately built with slight belly fat. This is why starting around right now begins a long and hard cardio and respi endurance exercise because of the fact I've never climbed a mountain before in my life, let alone a rugged mountain.
