from the original Mirage comics to Nick and beyond

I’ve been a turtle fan for many years, all of them actually. Yes, I wore tmnt shirts as a baby. That’s nearing 25 years of turtle power for me. One of the things I remember most is that TMNT videogame for the NES, you know the one. I never could complete it because as a kid I got stuck on the level where you have to use the turtle van to blow up the barricades and could never find more missiles.
 
As for the shows, I have enjoyed all but one. The most recent one being that which I could not enjoy. The porn of the newest one is pretty hilarious for that one, equal to the other series in my experience.

So this is where we can discuss the movie made by Michael “Explosion” Bay.

Does anybody remember the superior 4Kids version of TMNT?

a pretty close adaptation of the comics (depending on what episode your looking at) I really enjoyed the 2k3 series

though, honestly, I don’t care… I know nothing of the actors (aside from Megan Fox) to actually give my points on them
 
also, I do want to give Kevin Eastman the benefit of the doubt

you know what actually sucks, I for one enjoyed the Next Mutation (hey it was good old campy 90’s cheese) and I felt like the crossover was just terrible for the fact the turtles didn’t use their weapons nor did the voice actors from the show reprised their roles… though, I admit, the fight chereography in the crossover was the slickest any live action turtles had seen

IDW comics are fun
 
I’m looking to see how the Nick comics that IDW is doing will end up (this one apparently actually has writers from the show working on it)

Amazing, the videogame has far superior graphics to the recent nickelodeon show.

when doing comparisons of graphics, you can’t really compare Movies/video games to tv show cg, since tv shows work only working at a fraction
 
but when comparing the nick show to other cg shows… it is actually really good
 
and also, I like the art style they have the show, especially the background looks like right out of the comics
