Gotta agree with you, somehow. The 101 model and the original Famicom model are better IMO.

I was born in 1998 so I basically had the leftovers from the 90s that still remained in the early 2000s

Apparently, Roland Emmerich HATES the Godzilla franchise and made that movie as basically a middle finger to it. …That explains WAY too much.

Last year, mom and I saw Rifftrax Live: Godzilla (1998). Sadly, because the live showing of the movie was only possible through Kickstarter (due to copyrights of the original film), it won’t be released onto DVD or the Rifftrax website.

I will never understand why this full intro has never been on any of the DVDs or even when the show was on Netflix Instant, and we instead had a much shorter intro that only had a few of these clips and was only 30 seconds.

The animation in general hasn’t aged particularly well, ESPECIALLY season 1. Still, for the time it was groundbreaking stuff, and the real great parts of it were the writing, characters, and acting.

Does anyone else have that kind of thing? Y’know something so important to you in your formative years that you end up judging the quality of everything else you see in comparison.
