In other words, we only need two more members of the EU say “no” or “abstention” OR 3,2% saying “no” or “abstention” to win the battle against article 13
 
So far we don’t even know how some of the countries will vote. I’m NOT saying that we will actually win for sure. However, so far it looks like we might win.
 
Sadly, it looked very similar before the EU voted. I also looked as if we might win, but in the end we lost. So pray to Celestia and Luna until we have won^^

I’ve got a horrible feeling about next week for many reasons

Article 13 have already passed. This is just a formality. Whatever happens Germany will vote for it and thats that. Now its up to the national governments to interpret it and for citizens to vote in the elections. The terror bill dont really affect us all that much anywho. Vote in the elections people!

Although it is “just a formality”, it is still possible to stop Article 13. Some countries already changed their mind so it actually is possible to stop the whole mess
 
Not to mention that it’s still possible to call the European Court of Justice. if the reform is against any existing law, then they can also stop it.

European Court of Justice can do something, but that will have to be after the fact and wont happen for a long time. The vote is tomorrow no? Its hard to see anything significant happening until then. If you can vote in the upcoming election, hit them back then!

It still is possible. There is kind of a “war” between the parties and with the SPD had a backbone and make Germany do an abstention from voting, then we won. Same for the UK OR two other smaller contries
 
I also don’t have high hopes, but it is possible. All we can do is to wait and pray to Celestia

Now, I understand that the Directive will take time to attempt to implement and even then it won’t work properly.

Read all the latest on Redas twitter for the course forward. This was just a formality. The german government just said it will be interpreted to apply only to big platforms. Resist in your nation and vote in the may elections. Lets also support any attempts to bring this to european court of justice. The fight continues.
