Don’t worry, I’m the same way. To me, it was pretty much the only good music played on the radio both here in New Zealand and Australia.
 
Speaking of music in lieu of what we’re both suckers for, do you have a recommendation for good compilation albums? (there are songs from that era that I want to rediscover)
 
Granted, my favourite song from the 90’s (and one of my favourite songs period) is Jesus He Knows Me by Genesis; A song that I’m not embarrassed to love…mainly because everyone I know has never heard of it before :P

Pure Trance 3 - 18 beautiful trance songs. Got me into EDM in the first place.
 
House Party Vol.1 (if you can find it) - 16 late 90’s/early 2000 house tracks, when it was moving away from piano riffs and cut up drum loops, but wasn’t the electro-garbage we know it as today. The one I’m talking about had Daft Punk’s “One More Time” and Modjo’s “Lady” on it. Gotta love french house.
