Joey Molland of the classic 70s rock/pop band Badfinger died yesterday. He was one of the men responsible for making the Lennon/McCartney song “Come And Get It” a hit.
Also David Johansen, the lead singer of NYC glam punk band New York Dolls who at one point moonlighted as Buster Pointdexter, having a hit with “Hot Hot Hot” (Though I prefer his work with the former, naturally) died on Feb 28th.
R.I.P. to both of them.
