…I just read the article, and that doesn’t make it better. Like, he literally cites the fake story about how kids are identifying as cats and using litter boxes, and the “Transgender women using women’s bathrooms” scare story. Those have both been disproven many times, and the former isn’t even based in fact.

Whitesnake is so underrated. They’re considered glam metal but they have a lot of great blues metal from early on, and hell, they originally had half the members of Deep Purple in the band.

They’ll always be more “blues metal” to me in the grand scheme of things, though I know they were in the right place at the right time with the 80s glam scene.

Because of his song being used in political rallies and those blaming the other side for the problems sung in the song, Oliver Anthony made a really great statement calling out both and accusing them of using his song just to complain and push their own agenda and it’s riling up both left and right wingers. I’m glad that he’s calling them out and valuing his own morals over money

You know, I’ve seen a lot of videos about why Creedence Clearwater Revival broke up, but I think not enough people talk about the fact that they released six classic albums between 1968 and 1970. That sort of release schedule would tear any band apart.

I should check some Bandcamp for any new album in the style of brutal slam
