I never had that bias. In fact,one of my favorite cartoons portrayed muscular women as sexy,Tiny Toons. Plucky Duck was on a game show,and some models come out. They take turns beating the crap out of him,and they’re never shown in a negative light otherwise. Eek! The Cat also featured a muscular woman as The shark-dog Sharky’s crush.

Catra’s not normally the kind of body type I got for, since I like chubby, but I make an exception because catgirl.

Merman’s original concept name was Seaman.  
Peekablue’s original concept name was Peek-Cock.  
I’m sure there were other suggestive names that were too much,even for MOTU.

I don’t know why. For some reason,the only pics that post properly are from Blogger sites. Once in a while,though it seems even they mess up. The top pic was nothing special anyway,just another angle of Evil-lyn.

 
Hot dog. I believe this needs no further information.

I was just cruising around DeviantArt,and came across more of MOTU/She-ra fans hating on the reboot. The main complaint they seem to have is the look. Okay? It’s not like these characters haven’t been altered before. There’s a whole encyclopedia dedicated to documenting all the various incarnations of these characters. I don’t get why so many old fans share this opinion.  
Even if I didn’t like the new She-ra,I’d still respect it for not resorting to being a nonsense goofball comedy.

I just happened to see those two pics near each other and thought it would be funny. I don’t know if any characters from the original were LGBT or whatever,but I know behind the scenes the crew snuck some stuff in,or at least tried to. One episode of She-ra featured He-man being crushed on by Frosta (adult in the old series) and the storyboard artist drew He-man with a significant bulge in his loin cloth,with Frosta looking straight at it.🤣

The blond kid is the original Kyle. One of the worst episodes of the original series,so I love that reboot Kyle is a lovable,awkward goofball.

I wonder if the toy scorpion was inspired at all by this MOTU monster. They both have horizontal mouths with fangs,not a common trait for scorpions.
