Idea for future Minecraft update

This has been on my mind for a while now
 
Should Minecraft have a update which adds natural disasters such as earthquakes, tornadoes, tsunamis, and other such disasters in mod-free worlds?

Would be cool, but requires work.
 
I want Nether Volcano biome somehow, or water flood, or even Nether lava flood (oh, this one is cruel).
