I line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and bake bacon at 400 until it’s done. The bacon cooks evenly, doesn’t have to be turned, fat doesn’t splatter all over the kitchen, and clean up is simply throwing away the foil.

Just saw Guns n’ Roses in Kansas City. Kick ass concert. They can still rock hard. During Civil War, Axl wore a Ukraine shirt and the Ukraine flag was part of the digital displays for the song, with one that said “for the people of Ukraine “.

If i accidentally thawed the hamburger too fast I guess I got taco meat. Nothing will ruin today.
