I went longboarding for the first time in over a decade. The most intense exercise I’ve had in a while. My lungs feel like they’ve been partially purged of a slime of some kind. It feels good.

Also the pork tonkatsu looks great. I had hamburger with BBQ sauce last night, didn’t even make anything out of it, just ate straight hamburger with BBQ sauce.

Unfortunately, it wont be visible from my place as I was planning a mini Eclipse cookout with my family with some good nutrient filled foods but meh, we’ll still do it regardless.
The next time I cook a tonkatsu, it will come with some couple of vegetables.
