I have an attitude that gets me in trouble, I use it to survive and it gets mistaken for aggression.
You can vent your physical aggression without hurting yourself or others. You can exercise or shoot guns or drive/bike/walk. Find a spot where nobody can mess with you and do drugs, then you’ll know your happiness doesn’t depend on others.
Some people do contact sports like football or boxing to vent, but my head is messed up enough already.
