I’ve finished Dark Souls for the fifth time.

I love this game SO MUCH.

Is anyone else having the problem of not being able to log into the game servers, or is it just me?

That explains it.
I’d heard there was an exploit players could use to essentially take over/brick another’s computer, but apparently that’s been fixed.

Finally got around to beating DSR on Steam. My first ending was the Dark Lord with Pyro.

DS1: You are slow, and the enemies are slow.

DS3: You are fast, and the enemies are fast.

DS2: You are slow, and the enemies are fast.

I never noticed it on my first run, but I feel like I have been spared.

Am I mad for getting the convenient rewards (the items/magic) from Gravelord Servant, Blade of the Dark Moon, and Chaos Servant before even meeting O&S?

Honestly, I don’t like O&S. I hate multi-boss fights, and DS1 doesn’t do multi-enemy fights well in general in my opinion.

Honestly tho, O&S is the best gank fight in the series, DS2 did so many and DS3 did almost none.

It’s funny, because as critical as I’ve been in the past of Dark Souls II, I didn’t pay attention to how many gank fights there were while the Princes fight in Dark Souls III frustrated me a lot and took a ton of practice. Ornstein and Smough, I like. Never found them to be that hard, I just always made sure to kill Ornstein first since slower enemies and bosses are always easier to deal with.

You want to kill Smough first, since Super Ornstein is easier to dodge (he couldn’t grapple me in the fight despite me being fat), and his butt slam is much small than Smough.

Just because other versions are worst doesn’t mean that it’s good.

I think it’s a good fight, just has some buggy AI. Ornstein being the small and weak but more agile and Smough being slower but bigger and stronger making it a good duo fight.
