Change/Add a Letter

I’m surprised that the most basic of forum games hasn’t found its way onto the ‘booru.
 
The rules are simple, just change/add one letter in a word to get a different word. For example:
 
Person A) Drag  
Person B) Drug  
Person A) Drum
 
If you get stuck, feel free to change the word to maintain game flow. I’ll start.
