Mods aren’t rulers. It’s a service role. Like “cleanup on isle five” type service. And if it isn’t stretching the analogy too far, sometimes there’s a body that needs disposing of. So, more like janitor, maybe.
 

 
But it is like a society. Like a Greek society at college maybe. With lots of drinking and screwing around and periodically, the afformentioned body that needs taking care of.

Many of us only like one character and they’re all diverse enough, Hasbro’s probably got the money, call me crazy but I think it would be a fine idea.

I really don’t like killing spiders, but these are an exception.
