I understand however I’d say that it’d look quite better to invert the idea and place down on the bottom of the image the options such as download view subscriber and so on and leave the uploaded by along side when on top… the new way feels counter-intuitive since people tend to look who uploaded, resolution and when a lot more than they use those functionality buttons.

In general, users that ask us questions are good users. Users that don’t try to interact are much more likely to cause problems, due to lack of communication.

why some artists are tagged with php1,2,etc.? (forgive me if this question has been answered before.

The “Artist:PHP” tags exist as an anonymous tag option.  
The PHP jokingly standing for: Person Hiding Ponies.
 
It’s so that if an artist no longer wants their artwork associated under their name. We can still have the artwork up, and under an anonymous tag.
 
Applying it to “PHP#” allows the art to stay under a single tag, so it can still be found by those who just like the art style. Because if we changed it to the “Anonymous artist” tag, it would just be a big jumbled mess.
 
And the anonymization option helps keep some artists from deciding to nuke their entire collection from the site. Which is a wonderful bonus.

Um…saw some gifs from the Movie posted recently. Those were taken down.  
So the question is: when the restriction for the Movie gifs is planned to be lifted anyway?

Some artists just want to distance themselves from their old art style or artist name and gone on to a new style and/or name. I don’t know whether that’s true for the two you mentioned, and it would be a serious site rule violation to reveal their new name if that’s what they did.
