Mind if I try to guess his color based on your rough description? I can post what I think you’re thinking of with Binar’s color and see if you like it so I can pass it on to the artist.

It’s basically a noticeably lighter blue like say:  
#000274 for the border and,  
#00028d for the filling.  
Sorry for not being specific, it (for some reason) didn’t occur to me that I should’ve picked a color for his magic.

I might ask Djkaskan about wanting to do the third pic. They had other commissions to get to after the second pic was finished. I might poke them and ask them where they are with those commissions, but not too many pokes.
