I looking for if anyone is interested in illustrating a new Starlight + Trixie clopfic I’m writing? I’m BCS, I just don’t like using my official account anymore, too much baggage. There’s an OC involved too, it’s my OC. It’s not really a self-insert though, they have a personality pretty different from mine and a whole backstory that comes unraveled later in the main fic, The Many Lives of a Dead Moth.
 
So anyway, I can’t pay but I can do an art trade, if you’re not personally offended by the dip in my art quality.

I can draw it, but I like to see other people’s interpretations. I’d rather not get into a quibble over free vs paid. I’m very familiar with it, as a broke artist. You can check top rated on artist:buttercupsaiyan to see what I’m capable of at my height.

Oh that’s simple. I locked myself out and I couldn’t be arsed to recover the password again or it went to the email GNAA hacked. … again… I am from 4chan, and all the attendant baggage that means. They don’t call it “The Internet Hate Machine” for nothing. And I unironically want a dog.
 
I changed myself into watercolorheart at one point and there’s a reason why artist:watercolorheart and artist:somessedup also exist. They tried to cancel culture me over the Sweetie BelleXDiscord and TwilightXSpike Flash. Like Sunibee, I got repeatedly attacked and responded by burning the bridge and finally nuking the bridges. This explains some of my current outlook. I was also Cease and Desisted by Hasbro (and it was a fake C&D orchestrated by GNAA but to this day I’m still not sure if the legal team was stupid enough to think an email was legally binding, if the C&D isn’t filed by snailmail, I was taught to ignore it and let the payment processor handle it especially if it’s pornography) and it was all too much for me. That C&D was over my Twispike flash. I totally collapsed. I am a victim of both the machinations of a megacorp and the fans alike. I’m sorry to spray a pity party onto this post, but my history is complicated as to why I don’t use my “official” account.
 
That’s why all the sources to artwithoutprediction.tumblr.com and my old Newgrounds account are all broken.

I will say that your twispike flash was one of my favorite early fandom things and still is to this day. I used to let it play in another tab just for the music.

I … don’t even remember what music I selected. I only remember how fucking tedious it was lipsyncing all the lines and cleaning all the audio and all my enthusiastic fans kept voting for additional scenes until the thing became so bloated, it was a nightmare to finish. Then so many people pirated it, I couldn’t even afford to pay my programmer. And Alex would go on to later say “I told you to let me use DRM” when it was immediately ripped and thrown up on shady Russian websites or whatever. So that. That is what I remember. That’s my legacy. My shit being stolen and I couldn’t afford my meds so I went to a con then another con with CheetahJab. And that second time was indirectly linked to my rape and Tiarawhy had to talk me out of killing myself like she has so many times over the years and kept me together…
 
So it’s like, what am I left with? Just a bunch of failures and bad memories. Plus, I notice the schisms in the fandom more brightly than ever. Before I think I was so caught up in the show and still-airing stuff, I could ignore it. Now, it’s in sharp relief. I can no longer turn a blind eye to the cruelties people commit around me, and so carelessly! With no thought of who they hurt!
 
There is yiff.party and I don’t think they care some of these artists can’t get shelter or food or clothing or medication or can’t afford their own software and upgrades and things. I just think that’s just appalling that people steal and take without caring.  
I hate this! I hate everything!

Can’t make anything with art. Some people can. I might be able to later, having normal work carries me to a place where I can continue to become better at art without having to depend on it. I’ve done a lot of learning how to draw, and I’ve seen complete amateurs sell their work for 10x what I sell mine for (usually by making paid content, not commissions) This is why I used my art skills to move to a hard science (drafting and engineer) so I can go to med school.
 
Also I meant fetish porn with no backgrounds. Just cheaply drawing the character doing something with no scene or context.
