Kennzeichen scammed me, what to do?

I’ve been commissioning sketches from different artists, but Kennzeichen is the first that took my money and just left. He said the picture would be done in two days, but it’s now been two months and he doesn’t even answer my messages. What should I do?
 
If you know any other artists to avoid, I guess this is a good thread to share your warnings about them as well.

I’m sorry for that, have you tried to report your problem with any of the website moderator?

Nevermind, he’s back. And to make up for the delay he also did the linework and coloring so we’re good again. :)
