Maud as Setsuna from Fire Emblem Fates, for humorous reasons.

I’m trying to come up with a good title of my idea of a JRPG/Fighting game with all the waifus that I love.  
Basically a fighting game crossover that’s as big as Smash Bros., combat based with technical skills like Street Fighter/King of Fighters, with cel-shaded art style of DBFZ, tons of costumes both from original source material and fan designed costumes, for example, Amy as Rouge the Bat.

An idea I can’t get out of my head is a sandbox game of npc pony bots living independently. Starting from scratch to build shelters and collect food, moving onto more specialized jobs and proper housing and free time.
 
As long as the ponies functioned independently, the sandbox would allow for all kinds of fun stuff. Give orders to guide the civilization your way, possess a pony to play in-person, or just throw stuff at them and watch them react. As long as building the bot AI started from minimal society and grew upwards, their town shouldn’t get stuck or starve because of losing any part of it.
 
For graphics, a flat-shaded low-poly style should be enough. The Gameloft game is a perfect example of this, looking like the show while being easy on the processor. Furthermore, having everything in a simple style makes it easier for modders too, along with attributes to help the AI understand how to use each of the new items. As for animations, a default one of obscuring the ponies front half with a cartoony cloud of dust would cover all cases that don’t explicitly have unique animations yet.
 
The reason I haven’t done this yet is that I’m completely hopeless with new stuff. Unity comes with its own pathfinding code, but I haven’t figured it out, and without being able to move the ponies around I haven’t been able to work on the decision making logic either. To get this off the ground I’d desperately need friends to work with.

pony mod pack for GTA V Story Mode

Follow up to my recent idea:
 
The title will be dubbed “Waifu Warriors”. The game will have a all out female roster with a massive crossover with tons of waifus of my choosing, with a DLC content with less BS. Like GT Sport, there’ll be a monthly update with new outfits and stages with and tons of new waifus.
 
The game will also have selectable intros and outros inspired from Overwatch and MK11. For example, Ryuko Matio would have a an intro animation of her approaching to the stage, walking and twirling with her scissor blade with her index finger and then prepares for battle. Another one is when Zero Suit Samus wins, she can power up to her armor, charges her cannon and blasts it to the screen. (Not directly at the center, mind you.)
 
Pokemon waifus will be playable characters, as trainers. Misty will be watching from behind as you will control and fight. I’m not sure if I should include changing your Pokemon during battle like Smash though, but I’ll think about it.
 
The fighting system will have a classic round and a health bar(s) formula to keep the battle intense. There’s also a tag team battle with the option of changing to your fighter during battle. Tournament mode is available with a catch. When you reach to the finals, instead of heading to the finals to claim the victory with just one victory, there will be a 3 out of 5 sets before you win.
 
One more thing, Ryuko Matio and Satsuki Kiryuin will have carbon fiber short body suits mesh under their Goku uniforms. Wanted to make this an E10 to a T rating. XD
