I can't help but notice the odd morphology of the disembodied penis. The shaft seems to grow from between the ballsack halves at an abrupt angle.
 
The eye seems a bit messy, like it was drawn with crayon, and the main highlights contradict the soft light of the scene, but that's already a much more minor detail.
