ok i need advice on how to make a nighttime background for an original background when you don’t have good enough references and when you try to use a blue filter you are not sure if it’s accurate or not what should i do to make a good looking background for night time?

All I did was fill the colors and then this happened.

Probably better having a break from drawing for a few weeks.

I’m in a similar position. Just not feeling like drawing these days, hence why I haven’t drawn anything since the collab which is coming up. (Drew several OCs for it for various people, and the usual famous OCs which I try not to let fade to memory).

I found recently good tip for finding the mistakes: zooming picture in and out. With close look you will see like all is ok, but zooming it far-far away you see its ugly. Shadows and colors are wrong.
Actually its good when expressions seems same both at close look and woomed away.
