i want to ask just in case, when it comes to Egyptian gods and goddesses, did they exist in equestria (as in they were worshiped even if they are non-physical) or at least implied to have exist because idk if that temple that the sphinx lived in had statues of them but if so, were they seen as bad or good or are there just decorative statues and nothing to do with religion?

because in my AU the mummies lived in a place near where somnambula is and is pretty much like Egypt on earth and that they would worship similar figures and i want to ask because i don’t to mistakably imply that they are bad when they are not
