Hello, I am Dorky Cutie! I would love to have an art trade with anyone who is interested.

I found this set of sketches sitting in my folder that was inspired by a YouTube chat moment (back when I was still called BrownieComicWriter), so I decided to give ’em some colour. Trying some geometric markings.

Trying to make those marks consistent throughout multiple drawings be challenging, especially if you want to animate them without the help of tweening.
 
I heard that the animators used to hate Cell from Dragon Ball because he’s got spots all over him, and animators pretty much had to draw him by hand.

One good thing about vectors, I really only need to make a given design element once (or once per angle). Bad thing is, I still need to make it perfect once.  
It’s why I like to make complicated shirt designs, and reuse them all the damn time. :v
 
Tattoos still make me cringe tho.

I’m learning how to do skeletal rigs in Unity.
 
I want to make a simple game, but I want the characters to have outfits, face expressions , and physiological changes. Would be way too much spriting to make a visually intensive game, especially since I want lots of secondary motion.
 
My idea is I want everything to be visual, a complex game that doesn’t shove numbers and menus in ones face. I’m looking towards skeletal (aka vector) animation to show lots of visual information.
 
I’m inspired by how well made old school Prince of Persia is.

Got a lot of these to go around.

I’m doing a mini-story for “Twilight vs Computer” strips. While I published the first “page” of that story to Derpi, I don’t want anyone to upload the rest of the pages until I finish the story. But that doesn’t stop me to share the latest uploaded part of this story.
