I don't think I've ever had that problem with OCs looking like pre-existing characters... I have an inkling that it may have happened once, but I'm not sure. What I_*do_* know, is that I have a fox dude who looks kind of generic, and two dragon girls who look kind of similar to each other. Not sure what I'm doing that you're not, because that... doesn't hugely look like Noodle, lol. (EDIT: And that honestly doesn't look like Mina either, now I've looked her up.)
