Even then it isn’t a direct reference, it’s just a symbol in the background. The swatstikza or however you pronounce it was also used as a symbol of peace by Indians. Except for https://derpibooru.org/images/1555089 definitely showing a teeny bit of support.

The reason for the removal of Luftkrieg is that their presence was noticed late by the organizers. Upon examination it was determined that it was in violation of rule #13 of the collab submissions. They were included in the previous collab as the organizers weren’t aware of the character’s status at the time.
 
Anon Filly happened to be in the same image, hence was also not included. If the artist wishes, they could upload a solo Anon Filly version of the upload, and we will amend the collab image to include them.

I was considering making this one the last one that I manage/assemble, but as things stand I’ll probably be doing at least one more. We’ll have to see how I’m feeling come Autumn.

To put it as clearly as possible - no. There’s no plans to make next year’s collab the final one. Currently, the plan is that as long as enough people want these events to keep happening, they’ll keep happening.
