2021 Derpibooru Community Collab

I can see there are helpers doing what they can to assist during the event, but can I please ask that when it comes to images that dont meet the Collab criteria, please leave a comment for the artist / uploader as to why the tag has been removed. Here are some examples for reference, all do the job imo:

Hey! I have some questions :D
 
First off - the flying collab sheet is closed; is that a mistake, or did they close early?
 
I’m grabbing a horde of OCs of friends and batching them together, same as last year, to ensure we are all in the same area. Can I incorporate one or two flying characters there? I’m thinking of them waving a banner for our group.

Typically the form’s only open for about a week and a half or two weeks. I got an idea on what you wanna do though, so I’ll PM you to discuss it.

Just did a count, and there have been 299 characters submitted to the collab so far. At this point last year (sixteen days into submissions), there were only 275 characters submitted.
 
Interestingly enough though, there were more images submitted by this point last year than there were this year (242 vs 229). So far, there’s a lot more group pictures featuring 2 or 3 (or more) characters this year, whereas last year most submissions by this point were solo characters.

I’m willing to help draw a few OCs for this, but I wish there was a way I could do it so that every character is engaged in a snowball fight. Or at least preparing to engage in a snowball fight. (Or maybe pausing to say “cheese” midway in said snowball fight).

I like that idea, but I don’t think I’d be able to give you the space required in the image for several characters to be having a snowball fight, as that would require a relatively large open space in the image.
 
Having 1-2 characters about to ambush an unsuspecting character with snowballs would be a lot more compact and easier to fit into the image.

When is the submission due date? And how big does the file have to be?
