Fun fact - one of the final steps of the collab is making a completely black silhouette of the main group. This serves two purposes:


 
1) Helps draw the background, since Illustrator doesn't handle memory/CPU as well as Photoshop, a mostly solid black image is a lot more resource lighte. TI load the silhouette into I jllustrator, and then draw the background around the sillhouette.


 
2) Identifies any characters that are slightly transparent (so many people submit OCs that are like 5-10% transparent)
