I should preface this next vent with the fact that both of my laptop and desktop computers have Nvidia GPUs (a GTX 960m and 1060 respectively). Every time a new display driver comes out, I pretty much have to restart my desktop computer, but never my laptop. WTF, Nvidia?!

The secret is avoiding the insulin responce. Avoiding high blood sugar by using stress to increase the energy demand of individual cells.
 
Excercise is a healthy, manageable version of stress, vegetables stress the body with their alkaloids, and they have a low glycemic index.
 
If you extract the alkaloids from vegetables you get powerful adrenal drugs like ephedrine and synephrine, these tell your body it’s under attack so cellular respiration increases.

Insulin turns sugar into fat. This is where bellies come from, that’s where the pancreas is.
 
You can avoid high blood sugar by not eating, but you won’t have much usable energy.
 
I think it’s better to use more energy than to avoid it, but you can find your own balence.

Just eat balanced meals, get enough hydratation and burn more energy than you consume.  
Never skip meals because all what you will accomplish is get a weight rebound.
