I recommend a new hard drive. I hear good things about Seagate’s Barracuda line.

Yeah, on a serious note high capacity HDDs are dirt cheap now.
 
A 2TB drive is probably less now than the amount you paid for the 1TB drive when you originally got it

Seagate is a good brand. I have the FireCuda SSHD (the SSD and HDD hybrid drive).

I’ve heard good things about FireCuda, but it’s a bit pricey for something to use just for storage.

My Seagate 2TB HDD died completely randomly after only 7 months. I don’t remember which line it was though.
 
Although I have heard that they’re usually much better than that, so I probably just got unlucky.

No brand is perfect. Even my family had a few issues with some Asus computers, and they’re supposed to be good. They were also probably unlucky.

You can get a new 4tb hard drive for about 110-120 dollars right now
 
Of course for the really good ones you gotta pay probably at least around 160
 
But for a standard hard drive 110-120, yeah

Once you have felt the power that is modern ssds you will never go back.
 
Definitely get an m.2 nvme ssd if your motherboard supports it. I recommend this one

If were talking about Hard drives, I would need at least 4TB just in case. Office Depot has some good price for your needs.

I have to finish my film homework. I can’t finish my film homework because microsoft word is a broken piece of shit and keeps crashing. I don’t know if i can get an extension but I sent my film teacher an email and hopefully she gives me the extension.

Which version? My computer has Word 2010 and it works decently.

All this talk about hard drives with TB’s…and here I am still using a laptop with only 500GB’s.
