The problem is that sometimes the choice is: to obey or to die. I would not want to be in Albus’s skin right now. Choosing to die could even be the highest demonstration of honor/goodness/virtue possible, but often will only increment the amount of dead people.

I have them quite a lot. Sometimes they are more intense than at other times, but I very rarely actually intend on doing it, and when I do, I remind myself that there is no reason to end life when there are so many more things to see and there is so much more to learn, plus I am extremely scared of pain and death.
 
It is alright though; I am fine right now.
 
Here is some good news though: the last time I had a depression screening test, I scored a 65 on it (severely depressed), and now, I scored a 32 on it (depressed). It looks like my medicine and therapy really is working! I really have seen a noticeable change in my happiness, but my mood is still not the best.

Sometimes I hate my high metabolism that prevents me from gaining muscle. But at least I can eat rather big portions

I did do some taekwondo in the past (read: 3-2 years ago) and I still have most of my flexibility, but I have to do things I barely have any time to do (read: college studies).

Yeah, I have the same problem.  
I also get hungry often and that sucks for my wallet.
 
My bro had the same problem and he started taking protein shakes every time he goes to work. Shit costs a lot of money.

My metabolism is so high  
It took me 4 years to gain 5 kilos
 
If I go to the gym every day for three months  
I will have more marked muscles, and probably gain 5 more kilos
