Considering that you has shown religious overtones (“Arguing with a pagan is pointless so I’ll turn the other cheek on this one.”), that you has shown little contempt for your fellow Filipinos, that your profile says (“Philippine Army Reservist of rank 1st Lieutenant”), that you slightly brushed off the deaths in the Duterte administration before in this thread, and also taking in account your hints in your last two/three messages in this same thread, it couldn’t be more obvious.
 
I have a policy of trying to not judge without being aware of all context. However, I can say that I worry about you, and the people in your proximity. You are in the military of a country that the rest of the world think it’s controlled by a lunatic that has no respect for human rights. I understand you to want to be loyal, but things like ‘blind loyalty’ exist.

Pretty much. It would be awkward continuing to live together… Her parents kinda want both of us to move out, and my ex has already made plans to move in with her friend.
 
I worry about where I’ll go… Will I be able to find a place? Will I be able to afford it on my own? I’ve never lived on my own before… I have a job but I have no car of my own so if I move and want to keep my job, I’d have to move somewhere that’s still within walking/biking distance and that makes things more complicated…
 
I could just make things easier and move back in with my family in New Jersey, but if I do that, it would mean giving up and failing my pursuit of happiness and freedom… If I go back to my family, I won’t get very far in life… My family loves and cares for me, very much actually, it’s just they do so in a weird/excessive way and because of that, I have not grown much, even at the age of 34. Even though they do love me, at the same time they look down on me like I’m still an incapable kid. They care for me as much as they do because they love me but also because they worry that I can’t do things myself.
 
You see where I’m coming from? It’s why I’m more confused and worried than depressed…

broke one of my speakers this morning.  
It fell off my desk and now I can’t plug it back in. D:

A paper rewards card I had in my wallet somehow both fused with my old insurance card and tge wallet itself. Pretty much destroyed both cards trying to pry it out.
 
Think it’s time to look for a new wallet.

Took it apart, found the thing that was loose.
 
Turns out
 
A: was soldered by a robot so we don’t have a solder iron small enough.
 
B: corroded by a water leak.
 
So, by a electrical engineer, at approximately 2:01 PM EST, my speaker is pronounced dead.  
RIP My left speaker

It is with great sadness that I stand in front of you today delivering this eulogy for warc9’s left speaker. Preparing this speech has been difficult, but also very rewarding. It allowed me to reflect on all of the time his speaker worked and how wonderful a speaker it was. I am glad that I am able to share some of these thoughts with you today and some of the attributes that made his speaker so special…

If ever there was a phrase that was the most blood soaked and pain laden it could be the lines “just following orders” or “it was my duty”.
 
Too many innocent lives, both of the victims, and the actors, have been destroyed by those two, seemingly innocuous lines.
 
The corrupt deserves no loyalty. Only loyalty evil deserves is the intimate relationship between hot lead and skull bone.

You know what’s surprising? Considering the current trend on Twitter (and possibly wherever else) is piss jokes involving Trump, there seems to be very little watersports pics on Derpibooru. Thank fucking god!
 
I’m sure there are clever ones out there, but most of the piss jokes I’ve seen on Twitter are not even fucking funny nor clever. It’s quite literally “HASHTAG GOLDEN SHOWERS HURR DURR HURR” all day yesterday. Like bloody hell, are politics really this immature?
 
Well, I shouldn’t be surprised, I guess. Considering that both sides of the political spectrum are nothing but children right now.
