Let me be very clear and to the point:
 
Mankind does not deserve to step foot again on the moon or for the first time on Mars until we figure out how to stop murdering each other in cold blood and treating each other like shit.

Can just one day go by without someone bitching about harmless tags and acting like tagging them is a criminal offense. Fucking get over yourself.

Is it normal to get grey hairs at 23?

He had to sign at the beginning of the internship that I was working for him. He didn’t have to afterwards, though.

I’m having that feeling that I’m not welcome in this site. I have noticed multiple times that my art is getting downvoted constantly, I’m not the best artist around here (There’s better artists around here) and I can understand why some don’t like it but I sometimes feel like some are purposoley just downvoting for the sake of it to get a reaction from me or something else and this has caused me to have dobuts to keep on posting my art on here…

Density is not fundamentally related to complexity, nor is it necessarily related to quality.
 
You can make a story that is a winding, dense maze filled with collegiate level words and vast descriptors, yet it may still be as complex as a bowl of mashed potatoes and as interesting as a smooth brick.

It varies but usually are mostly simple drawings of my OC (Solo or Canon x OC) and with the occational NSFW drawing uploaded on here.
 
I can still understand why some people wouldn’t like my art but there has been times a drawing was mass downvoted (Keep in mind that I don’t upload controversial stuff or opinions) for some reason (could be the simplest one)
 
It doesn’t help that previously that I had an incident that someone attempted to discourage me from drawing…

that’s terrible. I’ve seen your art, and it’s not bad as some think it is. some of your works could use a few improvements here and there, but overall, they’re really neat.

Thanks, I do like to experiment with my stuff from time to time and try sometimes to get out of my area of confort but I mostly see art as a fun hobby to express myself and my visual ideas.

My brain is fried. I don’t know how it happened. I just can’t repeat the series of steps that led to my internet search moment at this point. I, I for some reason thought about animal transplants being done with humans (IE: using horse and pig heart valves in humans), and then… well, I asked myself this question.
 
“Could you transplant a horse dick onto a human male?”
 
Sure enough… fucking Florida (well, Florida man strikes again). I swear I’m still in disbelief at it because there’s no way a human body could operate the thing. The person would pass the hell out. We don’t have enough blood to operate the thing and our brains at the same time.
 
Gives new meaning to hung like a horse. (Also, FYI, happened back in 2014 and I swear this is the most fake crap but it’s so stupid it might be true.)

Okay so I browse your uploads, and I think you have a bunch of undeserved downvotes for some strange reason. You may have dedicated “haters” or people who just don’t use filters.
 
A trend is that, your best uploads usually don’t involve your OCs, and only have Vinyl solo in either pony form (most upvotes with no downvotes) or anthro.  
Your mass downvotes are from OC x Canon. Derpi visitors just don’t like OC x Canon in general. Especially if the OC is a ponysona and is not one of the more popular well known OCs. But that’s just how the demographic is like on this site. Not much you can do about it.
 
If you really don’t want to upload here because you know you’d get downvotes, you don’t have to. Keep drawing and keep expressing yourself. Also post them in art threads and get criticism.

Please PM me a link to one of your images that you would like reviewed, and I’ll look through the downvotes for any signs of systematic downvoting. Especially if someone is using multiple profiles to drive down your votes, we will ask them to stop and will remove the fraudulent downvotes.

While much of this is true, when I have gone through similar images in the past what I have sometimes found is that most of the downvotes on some images are by people who are upvoting or favoriting other images by the same artist.
 
It varies, but for some artists their best and most supportive fans are the quickest to downvote something if it isn’t what they want the artist to be drawing.
 
So, Ponyvideomaker, PM me a link to an image you would like checked and I’ll look behind the scenes to see if I can detect any patterns of abuse, and I will let you know if I can see any patterns to why that particular image received the number of downvotes that it did.

I began getting white strands on my early twenties because of my dad’s genetics. He went entirely white before of his 40’s and looks like I’m getting there as well.

It’s mostly some dobuts I have from time to time depending on my mood and I’m fully aware of the preferences of the site (especially the dislike for Canon x OC content) and It could be that I have some people that has some kind of vendetta because of my stuff or my existance (Not exactly the first time this happened) but I lean to the side that it’s just people that complain about the drawing and doesn’t bother to filter it out.
 
Also the funny part about this is while yes, my most downvoted stuff is Canon x OC stuff, the most upvoted drawing on my gallery is a NSFW canon x oc drawing. Idk, but I don’t see my ship to be widely hated even if there’s the occational drawing that gets undeserved hate. I just see my ship as something small intended for a small audience
 
Also Pony video maker used to be my ponysona back in 2014 but as time went on and on, I felt he was becoming more of a character on his own rather than a representation of myself which I decided to have his own personality and traits.
 
But yeah, I’m not exactly planning to leave Derpibooru anytime soon, I just wanted to leave out my thoughts and dobuts that has been on my head these past 8 months. Plus there’s some people who enjoys my work here, I may not have alot of people watching me here but I can still appreciate the small support I get.

Sent ya the PM, I can accept the dislike of my drawings but some of the downvotes seems suspicious.

Microsoft has made a 1 billion dollar investment in OpenAI to develop a Artificial General Intelligence, or AGI.
 
And AGI is the most advanced form of theoretical AI constructs. A type of AI that can function equally well across multiple, simultaneous domains as opposed to just a few specific, independent ones. This would be an AI that doesn’t just pull from a set of moves to beat you at chess, it would evaluate your mood, movements, and strategy, and then independently develop the proper response. It would be, for lack of a better term, the most “human” a machine can be.
 
People need to really start taking this seriously. One of the largest companies on earth doesn’t throw a billion dollars at something they see as a pipe-dream. AGI is coming, and if we are ill prepared for it, it could be the end of us.

This will be beyond the DoD, or any nation.
 
The creation of an AGI will fundamentally rewrite humanity.
 
And people dont appreciate how rapid that change would be. We’re not talking the decades it has taken for electricity or the internet to change the world.
 
A powerful enough AGI has the potential to spark changes within months of coming online.
 
If a truly powerful AGI comes into existence, constraint is no longer an option. Regardless of what the corporations or governments of the world think.
 
Which is why society needs to start having a real discussion on all this.

They’re gonna do whatever they want, regardless of our opinions. These big corporations have never cared about the general populace beyond seeing them as dollar signs, so I don’t see them starting to care about our concerns now, especially if gets in the way of their unending pursuit of money.
 
Best we can do is hope that the military is watching them closely enough to have a plan to shut it down if it got out of control. But let’s be honest, the US government is already ahead of the private sector in emerging technologies, I wouldn’t be surprised if AGI already exists as a classified project. In which case we’re possibly screwed either way.

So like there’s this kid in my culinary school that is really fucking weird and he wears a coat all the time even though its summer, he wears these scares over his wrists and claims to have a psychic empathic connection to all humans. Today we were goofing around and an argument broke out between a couple of girls in class. Suddenly out of nowhere this guy yells ENOUGH so fucking deep I thought it was the chef getting mad at us. No it was him, he went on about how we were disrupting his connection and vibes or some shit and the girls just told him to shut the fuck up like they usually do. And he stopped talking, he is super hella creepy.
