Technically is not a rant but… Ah… Have you in mind Faust’s new show DC Super Hero Girls right? Well, today at the SDCC they revealed more about the show. To cut this short: The six protagonists are basically the Mane 6 in the bodies of the DC girls… And that’s making me changing my mind on watching that series. Why? Well the reason is… I know it sounds silly but, I’m too attached to the Mane 6 and I don’t want to risk to see characters that could make them paling in comparison making me forgetting about them. Not after seven years that I followed passionately their stories. I don’t know if you understand… But I ask you to please..

Getting therapy is something many people over the years at this point have told me I need. While I do agree that I feel I badly need it, there are a lot of obstacles preventing me from seeking it. Here are the three main ones:

Listen you fuck-faces, before I was a psychologist, I studied wetlands as a passion. Cattails prevent erosion, lessen storm damage, filter the water, and provide shelter and food for local animals.

I know I just ragged on use of a gun in measured force, but my natural southern instinct makes me want to walk out there with my 45 should they trespass and try t wreck my property.
 
Course I wouldn’t shoot them, wouldn’t kill a man just for annoying me and walking on my property, that’d be wrong. Force should only be used when proper force is in play. But defending ones property is a little more egregious than a parking space. And when a bunch of burly folk are on your property, against your wishes, trying to wreck stuff, that’s a bit different.

I just experienced Las Vegas traffic…and I thought Salt Lake City was bad. O_o

I think there’s something wrong with my Spotify. Everytime I try to look for a song, it takes a long time to load and it ends with the message: “Oops! Something Went Wrong.” When I refresh it and it does go through, it doesn’t show the different selection of songs but instead the artist or podcasts. I don’t know if it’s because of the weather fucking up my wifi, or something with Spotify itself.

Right now Dallas, Texas is under a Excessive Heat Warning with 106°F air temperature and 25% relative humidity, giving it a heat index of 109°F.
 
And some South Floridians I know complain about heat. Hey, right now Pensacola, Florida has a heat index of 110°F from an air temperature of 95°F and 58% relative humidity.
 
Bring on more heat. Where’s Groudon when ya need him?
 
Right now Tallahassee, Florida has an air temperature of 73°F with 98% relative humidity. This gives it a scorching heat index of… 76°F. Humidity is misunderstood.

Speaking of Spotify, I’m amazed at how people have space issues at the max (320kbps) quality
 
I have like 600 songs and it only takes about 6gb..
 
Now FLAC, that’s another story… As it would take like 15gb for that many songs and I could understand
 
I guess some people have a LOT of songs
 
Eh, anyway, I detail this thread…

There is an issue, however, where songs I play or previously had downloaded rack up the size for the same amount of songs I have downloaded
 
And it doesn’t go under cache.. I have to completely delete data and redownload every song.. it’s not THAT big of a deal but… Is quite annoying

Doesn’t Spotify serve m4a’s? or opus/webm audio?

Reminds me of that “we don’t call 911” with a gun sign. How amusing (not getting into any pro or anti gun debate, just that particular thing). I think you can now stream in 64kbps on phone? Idk, there’s 4 quality options, now
 
Opus can actually have artifacting on some songs (popping/thumping) no matter the bitrate… So not a huge fan of that for higher bitrate audio
