Tangentially related.
Given our newly acquired cost as employees, we’re now having to write down how many cases we get done a day. And I have never been good at that.
40 cases an hour is still the standard, and even with the appropriate number of hours subtracted from my full workday, i still have to get 200 cases done a day.
So, my hopes are not high.
In other news, my brother is in a suicidal depression and I’m damn sure my mother is only making it worse.
He seeks refuge with his old friends, refused to make new ones in Miami(getting most of this secondhand, by the by, so some of these will only sound like problems because she said them as such), procrastinates on getting a job and the jobs he did have he just couldn’t deal with, no matter how good they were.
He sleeps all day, play video games, lazes about, and smokes weed.
I don’t know what to do, my mother can’t be convinced she’s in the same damn boat, and my brother’s life is stagnating to what I fear might be a full stop one day.
