Vent thread

It seems everybody hates people with radical outsider opinions. When it comes to religion: everybody seems to hate agnostics and atheists more than other theistic faiths. When it comes to politics: everybody seems to hate libertarians, anarchists, objectivists and independents more than Democrats and Republicans. When it comes to employment and what one does for a living: everybody seems to hate (or at the very least under-appreciates) entrepreneurs and self-made men and would rather have us all work “real” jobs.

I am basically the very figure I hate the most (besides Murderers, Terrorists, Trafficking Cartels and Internet Political Commentators): A NEET.

I found a humorous coincidence and made a joke about it and everyone took it too srsly.

It is hard to tell how serious or sarcastic someone is being over the internet, unless they include a hint that they are not serious. (Italicized text, emojis, smileys, etc.)

I think I just got cancer from reading the most recent pages in that “You know what Thread”…

Some people might think this to be controversial, but Hollywood should be torched to the ground. It has nothing but assholes in it, and it hasn’t produced a good movie in years.

It’s VERY easy to disable the userstyle. Much easier with the Chrome extension than it was with the Firefox extension.

Movies today just want to throw special effects at you, some with ham-handed messages by the directors/writers.
 
I think a lot are waking up to it, since last summer was terrible for the movie industry.
 
There’s no meat anymore, just popcorn actions flicks. We need to bring back Noir and actual Star Trek movies. Not JOSS WHEDON, JAY-JAY APRIMS AND MICHEAL BAY TEAM UP TO BRING YOU: EXPLOSION LENS FLAIR CHEESY COMEDY EXTRAVOGANZA!!!
