This video really pissed me off!
 
PragerU should be FUCKING ashamed of themselves for making this propaganda garbage! They essentially tried to portray the Vietnam War as being a noble endeavor and blamed the left for our defeat, but those fuckers conveniently left out the fact that after Vietnam got its independence from France they were going to hold a democratic election but the corrupt Ngo Dinh Diem rigged the election in his favor, was responsible for the civil war in Vietnam, and gave himself absolute power over South Vietnam. They also make the claim that part of the reason why we lost Vietnam but won Korea was because the US was “far less conservative” than we were in the 50s…that’s also bullshit. No, what happened was that journalists were doing their fucking job by showing the ugly truth as opposed to covering it up. They left out other important details but if I were to list them all this post would be much longer.
 
I’m not shitting on the Vietnam War, but I’m calling out PragerU for making that steaming pile of shit. The Vietnam War was a complicated and tragic war, and the fact that those assholes used it to make a cheap shot at the left is just disgusting

It was but my point is the only reason why EP2 was better was because it had less Jar Jar. It was still a mess though and could’ve been a lot better, my point is CP just set a low bar

As i said, it’s a pretty easy thing to say when you’re far away from the university and behind a computer screen. Rarely do i see the right actually talking to these such students, let alone even trying to.  
Your comment is an example of that. For how long will you guys keep accusing them, complaining about them, and treating them like a pest rather than human beings who are just misaligned with liberal virtue?

Because part of the reason is because they’re dead scared of them and believe them as untalkable. They have made death threats, destroyed property, and assaulted police officers because of a Republican popping up for a speech, then they riot thinking they’re gonna take their free speech.
 
Most Republicans think they’re fucking nuts and rightfully so. They know not all of them are like that, but it seems the majority do.
 
These same things have given groups like Black Lives Matter a bad name and little respect.

Good Lord, the American politics thread on TvTropes is so toxic it’s starting to become a parody of itself. Not everybody there is a jackass, but the ones who are are incredibly shrill.
