You’d be surprised. There are legitimately people I’ve met, including some in an Avatar server I’m in, who believe that people with Asperger’s or autism are incapable of functioning normally and believe that it’s a disease that needs to be cured.

My thoughts are that yes, it would be necessary to find out through science what causes conditions like Asperger’s, but it is just as important to enlighten society about the condition and make it less stigmatized. And Autism Speaks’ eugenics-like approach to the condition really isn’t helping matters.

Same. I remember reading a line from one of the mothers who was on the board of Autism Speaks saying that when she found out her daughter had autism, she was tempted to drive her car off a cliff with her daughter in it.

I think the only thing making Autism Speaks slightly better than PETA is that they don’t have any unintentional furry art used in their propaganda. Though that also kind of makes it worse? Because at least with PETA, we can point and laugh at that and turn it into a meme.

True, I appreciate their music. Not big on the fashion, though (granted, I’m not the most fashionable man myself).
 
Though I’m not sure what you mean by the word “few.” I can think of several good new wave bands and artists: The Cars, Blondie, Talking Heads, Devo, Eurythmics, Gary Numan… uh, does Depeche Mode count? I dunno, I like Depeche Mode.

GoldenEye Wii is not GoldenEye.

Perfect Dark is better than Goldeneye N64.

I don’t always mind when artists rhyme a word with itself. In some cases, it can be alright.
 
One of the examples that instantly comes to mind is Lou Reed’s “Walk on the Wild Side,” in which he says:  

 
While the line is technically rhyming “head” with “head” and I should be mad at it, in the context of the line it makes sense, and the wordplay is raunchy enough to make up for it.
