Out of all the decades for country music, the 70’s is probably the worst. A shit ton of dull, adult contemporary shlock and silly, novelty “comedy” songs that are more stupid than funny. Thank god for Merle Haggard, Glen Campbell and Dolly Parton for being the only interesting artists in that decade.

The words “strong” and “independent” when someone is describing a female character is obnoxious.

Now that I’m in a place where I can actually get Netflix steraming, I’d just like to point out how misleading it is.
 
I mean, come on, you’d think that this Most Popular Streaming Service™ would have more than just 5% of movies anyone actually cares about. I remember everyone told me that if I got Netflix streaming, I could basically watch whatever movie or TV show I wanted, whenever I wanted. But, like, eight different times now I’ve searched up one of my favorite TV shows or movies, or searched up something my parents were watching so I could watch along with them, and couldn’t find syayt there.

Government-sponsored lotteries are just a way of getting people excited to pay their taxes.

Coca Cola (and products of a similar taste) isn’t nearly as good as many people say and it isn’t really deserving of the colossal brand recognition. I’d take Fanta or Sprite any day.

The comicsgate thing is due to the reception of comics being poor these days. Part of it is people criticisms how unsubtle and hamfisted it’s been.Instead of making new characters these’s older established characters replaced with more  
new progressive alternatives for ‘woke points’. Stories get terrible because the writers are more interested getting their message across instead of telling a good story. But like with Gamergate I’m sure the well has been poisoned by channers and dudebros already to the point where if you don’t like Star Wars or comics now then you must be a misogynist nazi or something.

Ah, gatcha. I still disagree with that argument tho, cause the whole point of media is supposed to be entertaining. To go back to twilight from the other day, those movies are terrible, but I can still find value with just how riffable they are. So they still have some form of entertainment, even if I have to make it myself
