Black Widow is likely going to stray too far from its comic book roots. Yeah, ”trolls be damned” and similar stuff to openly mock fans that disagree with even a few of the creative choices the directors and producers make. Its all about pleasing the asshat CEOS.

I’m not saying the movie is bad because it isn’t, is just that I see people saying that Civil War the movie deviated from the source material not only with the character quantity but with Zemo not being masked.
 
Besides, unlike anime, video games and cartoon adaptations made in live action, comic book adaptations have little to no restrictions of fidelity towards the source material and thus Marvel gets away with it as long as it’s not ending up shitty like Fant4stic or Dark Phoenix.

The Majority of American Comic Book profit comes from Graphic Novels , and the majority of profit did not come from Comic book Stores
