Why do they keep cancelling quality and keeping the cancer? And I have a biting feeling that the Emoji movie isn’t gonna be like the Lego Movie where it looks like a corporate whore but is actually pretty creative and well-done.

Nah. The Trailer was at least good enough to give people cautious optimism until word of mouth and reviews started encouraging people that it’d be good.
 
Unless Emoji movie releases a very promising trailer, nothing’s gonna change peoples’ minds on this one.

No, people are calling it shit because it sounds and looks like shit judging from the previews. Nothing about this film sounds good at all. They even released a trailer. And it still didn’t make the film look any good.

My only concern about that is that the world is already overpopulated enough. Eliminating mortality will only mean more people, but none of them dying.

If our best and brightest could now devote more time and energy to expanded our knowledge, and if many of our basic needs no longer were prioritized, we’d solve those problems quick.
 
 
When we discovered how to grow crops and domesticat wild life we were able to spend less time hunting and gathering and more time building society.
 
When the industrial revolution happened building projects that once seemed impossible were suddenly an everyday occurrence.
 
Every time humanity has found a way to shift their basic needs to the back burner we’ve experienced leaps in technology.
 
This could be the change that puts us on the red planet and beyond.
