Unpopular opinion time (super alpha no pony edition)

I do not ship any of Team RWBY with each other, nor do I really have any interest in fanfictions that do so.

I’m not into RWBY.

Viron is my least favourite FE: Awaking character.

I admit, this is at least in part because I don’t believe they see each other in that way and because they have far to many other things to worry about at the moment to even consider it. I will offer though, while there might be some sense to Weiss and Ruby given there interactions, I don’t believe I remember anything that could really even suggest Yang and Blake having interest in each other like that.
 
Honestly, I just prefer them as friends.

As much of a shipper I am, a lot of the shippers for that show are so damn obnoxious. One of my favourite Tumblr artists draws the less popular ships all the time and people keep hounding her and asking if they’ll draw their WhiteRose and BumbleBee, etc.

Like, why make all this drama over if character A wants to be in love with character B or C?
 
Also shipping wars seem to get worse when its a franchise/series that only has a small amount of characters.

Now, Alolan Rattata and Raticate are DEFINITELY better than normal Rattata and Ratticate, since they get STAB on both their Normal AND Dark type moves thanks to being Normal/Dark (which means that their movepool barely changes at all compared to most other Alola Form Pokemon).

I always find those internet boycotts over games or movies or something after something bad happens to be silly.

The problem is the idiots almost never do anything that actually makes a difference, whether it’s from lack of organization or there’s too few of them pissed off enough to do anything.
 
There’s only two real exceptions, one of which was people not going to see the Ghostbusters reboot because Paul Feig put more time into arguing people with concerns about potential quality and calling them sexists than actually trying to make a good movie. Though that’s less from deliberate organization on the part of the boycotters and more because the movie’s marketing team was so goddamn stupid they forgot that it turns out when you throw a tantrum and insult most of the people who would potentially give your movie a chance they’re not gonna give your movie a chance. Shocking huh?
 
The other is when GG hurt their adversaries by contacting the people who advertised on their pages and got them to pull out until the “journalists” either couldn’t afford to ignore their demands for ethical reform or went under.
