Yeah, but there’s an explanation why she lost her powers and it meta.
 
If she were part of a team comic ie West Coast, her powers are nonexistent. She can’t even interact with the 4th wall because she’s not aware of it. She knows it exists, she just can’t “sense” it.
 
In part of a mini-series ie Venomerse or Deadpool and Spidey, her powers are sometimes there. This depends heavily on the comic itself since some allow her to have it, while others don’t.
 
In her own comic aka Gwenpool, she has full access to her powers. No stopgap there.

A new Gwenpool came out btw. Make sure to support it by buying the comic, even if you read it online.
 
It’s kinda the theme of this series. Gwen is trying to sell her comics.

The first several seasons were great. I think it started to go downhill around the Peter’s Moustache episode in 2008.

Seasons 4 and 5 were the peak in my opinion.

S2 and 3 I think were the best. S4/5 were still good tho.

I’d say it was losing steam by the time the revival began. There were still some good episodes from 2005-2007, but no way near the consistency of the first three seasons.
 
Sort of like how even after South Park was past its peak (Seasons 3-8) there were still some good episodes, but everything by Season 12 onward was unwatchable dreck.

Okay, I’m watching an old Halloween movie with Candace Cameron, Adam Shankman, Mink Stole, Jimmie Walker, and the freaking Crypt Keeper, and the biggest surprise about the movie is how damn boring it is.
