Wow. I only remember Transformers and Starscream from the very first American cartoon back in the 80’s, but I never would have seen him as the self-sacrificing hero type.

I finally finished A Certain Scientific Railgun. Kiyama is the heart and soul of that show.

So Entrapta was a villain in the original She-Ra cartoon.
 
In the reboot, she’s a princess with a knack for technology, but became a “villain” because one of their rescue operations went wrong and the other princesses assumed she was dead, leaving her all alone in enemy territory. She was convinced by Catra that her friends left her to die, which was heartbreaking to see her cry, honestly.
 
But damn, do I love it. She’s my favorite character and the writers worked her so well.

Ever notice how belligerent machines and AI in many works of fiction are often depicted as being so utterly harsh and cruel that they can make even the worst of organic life forms pale in comparison?

And done with Marvel’s Poison arc. Is it weird that I don’t have a problem with Cletus Kassad being resistant to the Poison hive mind but find it bull that Thor and Jean Grey survived their transformations?
