So because I am bored. I tried to mesure my running speed. But how do I do it? Well thanks to the marvelous human invention called GPS, not only I can know where I am at on earth. But I also can measure the speed of me moving. All I do is just install those speedometer app on my phone and then I while running see the speed that I at. And the result.
Normal walking : 4-5 km/h
Normal Running : 14-15 km/h
Fast running : 24-25 km/h
Though keep in my that. I can hold my fastest speed for long. I can only running at that speed 2-4 minutes before running of breath and even passed out. But still that’s the result that I gain from my experience.
But still I am not sure if able running at 24-25 km/h at my maximum speed can be consider good XD
