It hurts, it’s gotten so bad lately. Thinking about my lover and family getting hurt, or thinking about my lover with someone else. It hurts and I don’t know what to do.

It’s gotten so bad I cry throughout the day and I just feel.so weak and disconnected.

Sometimes, parents can be scolding when they should not be, and this is one of those times. If you are depressed enough to need to call a crisis hotline, you should get some help, one way or another. If your mother catches you on a phone to a hotline for depression, this should serve as a wake-up call for her.
 
There is no shame in being depressed.

Now I feel a little blank. I was really shaky and crying but now I’m calm and I feel blank.

When you feel very stressed about something and want to do something about it but at the same time think that would be counterproductive though to not do it would go against my mindset, and simultaneously I have other arguments in my mind countering it and… I don’t know anymore

I talked to my mom, I’m getting help.

I am hurting. It’s not like I want to feel like this, it’s gotten so bad lately. I feel disconnected, this is bad. I want to get back my happy feelings like my intenss love for my SO, or how I used to enjoy ponies and video games. I’m hurting. I feel like I’m powerless against my own mind. I’m trying to think more positively after talking to my mom…but.

I just had to delete some posts from Reddit because the artist wanted me to take it down. It was extremely difficult for me.

Worry goes back and forth, it may seem to promise that it’ll get you somewhere but it never keeps up with its promise.

As an example of not-all-there parenting, I just saw one episode of the Andy Griffith Show where Andy told his son Opie to be honest with selling things (Opie was trying to sell a bike that had issues) and then Andy went back on the words when the thing up for sale was his house which had a crack in the kitchen ceiling, a leaky roof and funny-sounding plumbing. The episode ended with Andy deciding to not sell the house.

Like, I just don’t enjoy MLP that much anymore… Although, I guess I still like it.. just not nearly as much as before
 
 
Although, I downloaded some MLP episodes to watch on the plane so maybe I’ll watch those, heh
 
I especially wanna watch season 2 episode 1 and 2….
 
I wouldn’t say I enjoy it a lot, but at least it’s something to pass the time…
 
I’ll probably rest on the plane some too because I only got 3 hours of sleep and I have work today.. had to wake up early to go to the airport to fly back home

And the question is, how to find it? In the couple of hours that I been deeply feeling like that (and still I am but, I conclude my frustration at night) I tried to distract myself, but it just didn’t work, the negative thoughts been flooding my mind.
 
The thing is, I’m actually quite sure of what I should do to feel better, but I guess in some way it would be counterproductive at long term if I rationalize the possibilities; I think I prefer to wait more time in order to proceed.

So, heads up.
 
I will be not busy tomorrow, but on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday I will be extremely busy.
 

 
Sunday, i’m going up north for Thanksgiving, then on Monday, I’m also doing thanksgiving at home.
 
Tuesday night is when at 6:00 PM EST to 8:30 PM EST, I’m watching the MLP movie in theatres.

It’s so easy for someone else to tell you it’ll be okay
