I feel bad for Dragonforce, they had their worst tour during the height of their popularity, and it stuck with people.
Their live performances actually have improved since then.

Gotta admit though, they are much better sounding than before after ZP’s departure.

I have all binged up to Alestorm, loads of drinks, and free donuts after Talk Like A Pirate Day. T’was fun!

God that must suck so bad, being at your absolute peak but having a complete disaster while on tour.
Tours are supposed to be where everything is amazing, but I guess some bands just don’t get that luck. Though I know that this isn’t the worst thing to happen to a band on tour at their peak.

Yeah, despite the fact that Dragonforce’s live performances have improved since that tour, there are still quite a few people who’ll tell you something along the lines of “Dragonforce can’t play their own stuff live” which is bullshit.

Chet Baker - one of the more calmer jazz musicians in the 20th century.
His songs are much easier to learn than other jazz musicians of the same era (30s-50s)

If Lil Peep & XXXTENTACION’s Falling Down tops the Billboard Hot 100, would that be the first time in history that a song by two artists that are dead topped the billboard charts? Obviously one dead artist has topped the billboard charts, but I’m talking about two dead artists on the same song.

Two dead artists topping the charts together? Oh yes, this would be a first. It would also be XXXTENTACION’s second number one song and Lil Peep’s first Top 40 hit.

Ever listen to an album and think it’s pretty average so you forget about it entirely, then you come back to it years later and realize it was actually pretty awesome?
That’s what happened to me recently with Jay Reatard’s Blood Visions. My Shadow has been stuck in my head the past couple days.

Not towards albums, but I feel that way a lot towards songs, mostly modern songs that I dismiss at first but then I start liking with each listen.

I’m on a mid/late 2000’s kick right now. Feeling nostalgic with my late elementary school and middle school days.

I’m starting to get into industrial music.
I really like Ministry, Godflesh, Skinny Puppy, and Coil.

Not albums, but songs; there are particularly two songs i remember not having paid much attention to at first (i discovered them in FIFA World Cup 2006’s soundtrack) and then rediscovered and liked years later:
Fischerspooner - Never Win
Swami - Desi Rock
