How to make a girlfriend?

I don’t know how to do it, obviously.  
Someone explain it to me.

So what the hell do I do, just go to some random bar in my town and hang out? I don’t understand where I’m supposed to just find people to interact with in my daily life. I don’t know anybody in my city and the people I used to know ostracized me when I got fired for sexual harassment.

Oh, come on. You are asking to be spoonfeed a girlfriend? You have to earn the right to have one, they aren’t just things you pick following a guide or something like that. Lift iron to make yourself more attractive, read books to have something interesting to talk about, get a job to have money to spend on new clothes, grooming and of course to treat them (They are e-x-p-e-n-s-i-v-e!) and try to get a more active stance on life as no woman is interested on a beta man, regardless of what other betas pretend to say.  
You have to turn yourself into somebody they would feel attracted to, this “what’s inside is what counts” stuff you see on TV is bullshit and you know that.
 
Also, sexual harrasement? Hey, do you really want a girlfriend or just want somebody to have sex with? No woman will want to get near you if you give off that desperate vibe and they can have very solid arguments to brush you off.  
And by “solid” I mean I punch to the face, a kick to the nuts or mace in your face. (Hey, I made a ryme!)
