The dealership I visited had a lifted XV crosstrek with mud tires. Very fun combo. great mpg and offroad ability. If only I could find one that doesnt have high miles

I really hate what Subaru has become nowadays. They used to be the “weird” car brand in the 90s and early 2000s. I miss cars like the BRAT, SVX and loyale. Now all they make is soccer mom suvs and other shit NPCs gobble up, the WRX isn’t what it’s hyped up to be anymore, the new outback is MASSIVE, can’t really even call it a wagon anymore.

What’s wrong with SUVs? They may not be the most stylish cars out there but they’re practical and get the job done just fine.
 
My family has a Nissan Murano and it’s honestly a good car. I learned to drive in it even and the steering and controls for it are much easier to use compared to other vehicles (based on my own experiences).

SUVs are practical, this is true. But many of them are also very generic looking. The truck-based ones (i.e.: Chevy Tahoe, Ford Expedition, etc.) are gas hogs. The car-based CUVs (i.e. Toyota Highlander, Nissan Murano, etc.) are far more tolerable as far as fuel economy goes.

They still make the Suburban, but it’s essentially a Tahoe with a bigger cargo area.

Gas milage is why a truck based hybrid SUV would be appealing. I’m not sure it would be as capable for towing though.

The first and third pic look like Corvette. Other concepts seem they mixed features between Asian brands and Corvette
